How does it work?
Call our office to schedule your whole-home plumbing inspection
The membership fee is $79.00 annually, and includes a complimentary whole home plumbing inspection. *
Receive your plumbing inspection report.
You will receive your detailed inspection report via your choice of regular mail or email. The report will include any plumbing deficiencies we found, and an estimate with respect to how urgently repair is needed.

To renew each year, simply schedule your annual inspection and pay the annual fee during your renewal month. To ensure great service, we reserve the right to limit the number of customers signed up in any given year.
Perks and Discounts
Priority Service
All routine service calls will be scheduled and performed within 5 business days. Urgent calls from loyalty members will be placed at the top of the standby list.
Discounted Service
Enjoy a year-long 10% discount on all plumbing calls, including big ticket items such as water heater installation.
Premium Discount
Receive a coupon for 25% off of any one service call during the year (up to a maximum value of $150.00)
*Details, limitations, exclusions: Annual whole home inspection includes inspection of water service shut-off valves, water heater, all visible water lines, all fixtures and fixture stops, and an optional televised sewer inspection (sewer inspection is an additional $59.00 + tax, and only available when a working cleanout exists). Water lines not visible or easily accessible cannot be assessed for damage/wear. Diagnosis of a problem does not guarantee Sentry Plumbing can perform the repair, such as underground work or extensive remodeling. We cannot guarantee an inspection will uncover all potential plumbing issues that may be present, and the inspection does not convey insurance or other coverage.
