Who we are
Our Mission
Dustin spent 21 years in the United States Army. Ranger, Master Jump Master, Pathfinder, and Paratrooper were a few of the many hats he proudly wore during his career. He was one of the first pairs of boots on the ground in Operation Iraqi Freedom. After retirement, Dustin joined other family members in the plumbing profession. Instead of the more predictable and lucrative path of new construction plumbing, he chose to specialize in service plumbing, where he felt the need was greatest and he could make the most positive impact in the lives of others. Dustin is now a Master Licensed Plumbing Contractor with a decade of experience in service plumbing.
Sarah has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years, working a majority of those years in the hospital laboratories of Marshalltown and Ames, Iowa. Along the way, she picked up a Master's Degree in Administration and is the "brains behind the books".
